The desire to make a difference – even in a small way – is such an incredible thing, although it’s often snuffed out by harsh realities and tough situations. For Northside resident Angie Rudderham, that could so easily have been the narrative… But it wasn’t.
What makes up the identity of a community? Is it the history, or the common threads of industry and profession the residents share together?
