New Board Members Extend IC’s Reach

Inspiring Communities is pleased to formally welcome four new members to our governing board. These new members bring diverse experiences, fields of expertise, geographic locations and voices.

KENISHA GORDON is located in the beautiful Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia. She brings a wealth of experience in developing and adapting social justice frameworks and infusing diversity, inclusion and human equity, into human resources, policy development and corporate governance.

DESMOND MILLER brings a wealth of knowledge from the world of finance and sustainability, with deep experience leading innovation initiatives. Desmond is a Senior Vice President with Citco Group.

FADI AL QASSAR is the co-founder and Executive Director of digital skills charity Venture 2 Impact. He brings a focus on digital innovation, technology entrepreneurship and international social enterprise for good.

PERRY SANKARSINGH brings a strength in traditional operations management, change management and quality improvement, most recently in the design of human services, including health systems.

Peggy Tibbo-Cameron has also accepted an invitation to the board and will be formally welcomed in October.
